Afterschool Education

Afterschool Program

Holy Cross began teaching Afterschool programs in 2000; now, we serve over 120 kids in Park City and Wendover, Utah. Our professional bilingual, often bi-cultural educators maintain a safe and supportive environment for both learning and recreation. We provide group learning exercises, one-on-one tutoring, physical activities, and mentoring. The Afterschool program partners with local organizations to provide sports, outdoor recreation, computer literacy education, and arts programming throughout the year; we recently partnered with United Way, the People's Health Clinic, the Park City School District, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah to expand our services to a larger number of children and families and to ensure that the Afterschool kids have access to basic health care and other community resources in addition to our high-quality programming.
